You can change anything about your delivery by replying to a reading with a simple text command. Commands are case-insensitive and forgiving of minor typos.

"change time to 7am"

Set your daily delivery time (any hour, your local timezone).

"pause for 5 days"

Quiet window — useful for travel, retreats, or focused work.

"resume"

Restart deliveries immediately.

"focus career"

Weight career interpretations more heavily this week.

Common issues

Troubleshooting.

I’m not getting daily readings

  1. 1Check that you replied "OK" to the first message after sign-up.
  2. 2Make sure our number is saved in your contacts.
  3. 3Check if you accidentally muted the chat or blocked the number.
  4. 4Open WhatsApp on your phone (not just web) at least once a day so messages sync.
  5. 5If still missing, email support@howismy.today with your phone number.

Reading is delivered late

  1. 1Confirm your set time with "what is my delivery time".
  2. 2Time is in your local timezone — verify your phone's timezone matches your location.
  3. 3Heavy WhatsApp queues occasionally delay non-time-critical messages by a few minutes.

I want to change my phone number

  1. 1Open your account settings on howismy.today.
  2. 2Update your number — you'll get a verification code on the new number.
  3. 3Once verified, deliveries switch over within minutes.
